Mrs Gwen Baker
Hunters Hall Primary School

Dear all, This week, we received the deeply distressing and upsetting news that Mrs Baker passed away. Mrs Baker was a loyal and dedicated member of the Hunters Hall team having worked with many children and staff. Her death has hit us all as you can imagine. Therefore to honour her memory and allow for my team to grieve yet celebrate her life. The school will close at 1:15pm on the afternoon of her funeral on Friday 12th June 2026. Children will need to be collected from their dismissal point at 1:15pm on the 12th June. I apologise for any inconvenience but hope that you understand and can support us during this sad time. M Kaitell Headteacher
