Now that we have been back nearly a month, everyone has had enough time to get the school uniform and follow our expectations. A reminder that it is black trainers or shoes. Only stud earring (this is for safety- we do not want any earring getting caught and tearing children's ears) Please name & add classname to all uniform items. If your child takes home somebody's uniform items such as jumper - please return it. Treat head lice as soon as you spot them. You can treat head lice without seeing a GP. Thursday - School-based activities and Sleepover. Tomorrow, Year 6 pupils will take part in school-based activities. Please arrive to school at 8:30, our normal time. Pupils will also have a regular dismissal at 3:05pm. If your child is returning in the evening, please arrive at 6:00pm. If your child is NOT sleeping over, please collect at 8:30pm. If your child IS sleeping over, please remember to bring: A sleeping bag or duvet and pillow (in a black bin liner for ease when carrying) Pyjamas and slippers Cuddly toy Torch Wash kit including toothbrush, toothpaste and soap. Towel Clothing for the following day (non-uniform) All pupils sleeping over will need to be collected Friday 18th September by 9:00am. No pupils can leave school independently. There are days when all of us struggle with how we are feeling. Things can get tough, and it can be difficult knowing how to cope. For so many young people, when this happens, they don’t always get the help they need, when they need it. They don’t know where to turn, who to talk to, or even if anyone else feels the same. But we can change this. By taking part in Hello Yellow you’re starting a conversation about mental health wherever you are. We are going to be wearing yellow on 9th October 2026
